Remote Influencer yoga meditation using a laptop or desktop computer.
I use various tools or props if you will, in my meditation system. I will write more about these tools and props in future posts. I use my laptop computers to study my research materials with. I get into a relaxed meditative state and I focus my mind and my attention on the topic I have decided to study. I do not let other thoughts, ideas, feelings etc get into my mind when I am doing this exercise. I can make these sessions last from anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour or more. This exercise has been of benefit to my work performance also. In one of my previous jobs, my manager was impressed with how focused I was, while doing my work assignment.
The key take away from this post is, we can make use of the tools and equipment we already have, and we can use these tools and pieces of equipment as part of our meditation tool-kit.
